Development Focuses

Overall understanding of higher- level thinking

Swing mechanics to increase exit velocity and increase contact rate

Mental approach at the plate

Pitching mechanics to increase velocity and throwing strikes effectively

Mental approach on the mound

Infield and outfield drills to increase footwork and range

Throwing programs to decrease chances of injury

Situational baseball which can intel: cuts and relays, bunt defense, pick plays, 1st and 3rd defense and more

These are only some of the things we will focus on at IBA. Our goal is to help your child reach their full potential in whatever aspect of the game we think they need to improve on, to prepare them for the next level.

Monthly cost covers all tournaments, scrimmages, field practices, and cages.

14U AA Development Team – Building the Foundation:

Our 14U AA Development Team is designed to guide young players new to the travel ball world toward a promising baseball journey. Rooted in the principles of skill-building and player growth, this team provides a nurturing environment where athletes learn the game’s intricacies. By instilling strong fundamentals and a solid understanding of the sport, this team empowers players to transition smoothly into high school baseball. With patient coaching and a supportive community, our 14U AA Development Team paves the way for success both on and off the field.

Our 13U AA Team stands as a beacon of competitiveness, actively participating in AA and Open tournaments. Comprising talented players, this team is on the lookout for essential additions that can bolster its roster. With an already strong foundation, our 13U squad aims to elevate its performance by recruiting individuals who bring exceptional skills and dedication to the table. Joining this team means embracing the challenge of top-tier competition and contributing to its pursuit of excellence.

General Manger/ HEad Coach Kenny Meimerstorf

Kenny Meimerstorf is a talented individual who pursued his passion for baseball while attending Florida International University (FIU). As a student at FIU, he not only excelled academically but also showcased his skills on the baseball field. Throughout his time at the university, Kenny was an integral part of the FIU baseball team.

After completing his senior year at FIU, Kenny’s dedication to the sport led him to remain involved with the team. He took on the role of a student assistant coach under the guidance of the esteemed Mervyl Melendez. During his tenure as a coach, Kenny had the responsibility of working closely with the outfielders, honing their skills, and helping them reach their full potential on the field.

In addition to his role with the outfielders, Kenny Meimerstorf was entrusted with the crucial task of managing hitting charts for FIU’s hitters. This involved analyzing and tracking their performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. His attention to detail and commitment to the team’s success were evident in the invaluable contributions he made as a student assistant coach.

After his fulfilling experience as a student assistant coach at FIU, Kenny Meimerstorf continued to pursue his passion for baseball by embarking on a professional playing career. Over the course of two years, he dedicated himself to honing his skills and competing at a higher level in the world of professional baseball.

Following his time in professional baseball, Kenny decided to return to his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. Back in Las Vegas, he found a new opportunity to share his knowledge and expertise with young aspiring baseball players. Kenny joined the coaching staff at Southern Nevada Baseball Club, where he took on a coaching role to mentor and develop the next generation of baseball talents.

Driven by a desire to create a unique baseball experience, Kenny ventured out to establish his own travel baseball organization, Inspire Baseball Academy (IBA). In just two short years, IBA has made waves in the Las Vegas area, gaining recognition for its commitment to player development and character-building.

Running IBA full-time, Kenny’s dedication to the sport did not stop there. He embraced a new challenge, jumping into the high school baseball scene at Arbor View High School. As an assistant coach, his expertise and guidance played a pivotal role in leading the Arbor View Aggies to their first playoff appearance in three years.

Kenny’s coaching philosophy is built on a foundation of skill mastery, mental toughness, and teamwork. He prioritizes the holistic growth of his players, fostering not only their athletic abilities but also instilling values of discipline, sportsmanship, and resilience.

With his strong leadership and infectious passion for baseball, Kenny continues to inspire and shape the next generation of baseball stars. His journey as a coach reflects his commitment to excellence and his unwavering dedication to the sport he loves. As Kenny Meimerstorf continues to make his mark in the baseball world, players and teams under his guidance are sure to reach new heights and leave a lasting impact on the game.
